Project
Implementation
Methodology

The bpm'online implementation methodology is based on PRINCE2, a worldwide acclaimed approach to project management that helps to significantly reduce project timelines, improve communication between team members, and deliver a turnkey solution that meets all business requirements. The PRINCE2 approach includes the following stages of the project execution: Elaboration, Execution, Transition, and Operation.

During the elaboration phase, together, we will determine project milestones, its concept, and specify goals and tasks.
Project charter

The Project Charter is a crucial document that lays out all of the project's commitments and objectives. We extensively examine all of the customer's needs while establishing a project charter in order to determine project outcomes and timetables.

Project concepts

The Project Concept is based on customer business cases and outlines the entire user experience, including workflow procedures that take place outside of the system. This allows for a common knowledge of how the system works.

RemoteApps products are delivered to the customer as separate ready-to-use functional blocks. Our technical advisory group provides design engineering, system adaptation and functionality testing with every delivery. Once the Execution stage is finished, the system is fine-tuned according to your requirements.
Design engineering

Each of your requirements is defined, including system logic, integrations, pre-built reports, and test cases for system customization.

Adaptation and Testing

The system is configured by Remoteapps professionals to meet your needs. The adjustments are tested and verified by your team.

Delivery testing by the customer

Your team does internal testing of the system, verifies its functionality by running test cases, and gives feedback.

At this stage, your task force tests the entire functionality of the system and your employees learn to work in the system.
Test operation

After finishing the test cases, the Remoteapps team performs end-to-end testing of the system and delivers the product to your task force.

Operational testing

The test group begins working with the system after receiving training. If necessary, Remoteapps specialists may monitor users for the first few days.

Trial operation

All of your staff will be tutored by Remoteapps professionals, and the pilot group will begin using the system.

The operation phase includes the formal closure of the project, analysis and future planning. The Statement of Acceptance is signed and RemoteApps conducts a user satisfaction survey and launches project support.
Project finalization

In a face-to-face encounter, Remoteapps professionals present the project outcomes and system functionality. Both sides agree on next steps after signing the relevant documents.

Project support launch

Your entire workforce is now connected to the system. Your system will be supported by a Customer Success Manager.
